By submitting a brief to Redcentaur you are not entering into a contract with us; the submission of a brief by you and the estimate provided by us to you are not a legally binding contract and either party can refuse to accept a tender or an estimate at this stage. However, once a contract has been agreed and project work has started, both parties will be deemed to have agreed and entered into a contract and cancellation may incur costs, dependent upon the circumstances. Note, the quote provided by us is on the basis of the information you provide in the brief. It is important to ensure that the information provided is accurate and detailed to avoid additional costs.

Redcentaur reserves the right to charge reasonable additional fees for items not originally quoted for, providing that such fees are properly notified to the client at the time they are incurred. Redcentaur reserves the right to stop work and/or seek legal advice if fees are not paid promptly. It is our intention to keep our clients' costs to a minimum and we always aim to be open and honest about our fees.

The information you provide in a brief and during any subsequent contract award will be retained by Redcentaur for records and management purposes for a period of up to six years. All such information and data is stored securely and treated in strict confidence. We do not pass on details of clients to third-parties, except in the execution of a contract with you (e.g., registration of a domain name, setting up a hosting service, etc) where it is necessary to pass such information to a third-party in order to fulfil the service for which we have been contracted. Further information on data management will be provided when we quote and on contract award.
